All our properties exceed the latest Building Regulations in force at the time of construction.
Internally our philosophy is to provide generous floor areas not available from high volume house builders. All our bedrooms are full sized double bedrooms as a minimum. Traditional styled properties with all the modern conveniences and energy performance standards.
